The fastest route is email. Give us enough context to reproduce or review the issue and we will route it to the right part of the site.
Typical response target: within five business days. Beta corrections may be reviewed sooner when they affect a current workaround.
For a guide correction
Include the page URL, the sentence or step you believe is wrong, the date or build you tested, whether you were the host or client, and the result you observed. A public developer link, screenshot with visible context or repeatable action sequence is especially helpful.
For a missing database record
Send the item or system name exactly as shown in game, where it appeared, and which useful fields are visible. Please do not send private playtest material covered by an agreement; the current Closed Beta has no NDA, but future tests may use different terms.
For media or rights requests
Rights holders may use the same address for attribution changes or removal requests. Identify the asset and page so we can respond precisely. Frostrail DB uses official game imagery for identification, commentary and guide context and links to the original source on its media-attribution page.
What we cannot do
Frostrail DB cannot grant beta access, issue Steam keys, recover accounts, restore game progress or answer on behalf of FakeFish or Shiro Games. Use Steam Support for account or purchase matters and the in-game reporting tools for beta bugs.
